Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not completely happy with your order, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt.

  • Eligibility: Items must be in unworn, unused, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached.

  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at thebookofeth@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund. Please note the following:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • The refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please follow our return process and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality seriously. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage, and we’ll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on personalized or custom-made items.
